Store Policies

Customer must give at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation of scheduled delivery date or there will be a re-delivery charge if not home. All sales are final, and no refunds or returns.Customer is responsible for furniture fitting in home, and into designated area. If EY FURNITURE has to take back the furniture because they are unable to make delivery, customer will be charged for delivery and a 30% restocking fee. Delivery on special orders can take up to 180 days.Customer agrees to accept delivery of orders within 30 days of notification or is subject to warehouse/storage charges. Store will not take empty boxes.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@ey-furniture.com}.
